Ingredients

  • 8 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • ¼ cup Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
  • 8 drops Stevia Extract,
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 scoops Premier Protein Whey Powder Chocolate
  • 2 scoops Vital Proteins
  • 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Espresso instant coffee powder
  • Whipped cream, optional topping
  • Chocolate shavings, optional topping

Instructions

  • Pour almond milk into a blender. Add the wet ingredients (ricotta cheese, stevia, vanilla) and ice (if using).
  • Add the dry ingredients. Blend until the drink is smooth. If some protein powder sticks to the blender bottle, use a spatula to scrape off into the drink. Blend again.
  • Serve chilled.
